About Me

I am an experienced marriage and family therapist with a passion for working with couples and individuals to help them improve and strengthen their relationships. Therapy involves my listening to each individual for their emotions, cognitions (or thoughts) and to observe current behaviors and patterns in the relationship.  Our goal together is to create a better relationship.  I explain attachment styles, the importance of emotion and patterns of negative interaction to help better understand what is getting in the way of a great relationship.  I encourage mindfulness, meditation and somatic exercises to strengthen mind-body awareness and promote emotional calm.  We will develop strategies together to understand and improve your partnerships, create enhanced intimacy and understand your relationships in a deeper way.  As a Certified Sex Therapist I have the knowledge and training to help you look deeper into the intimacy and sexual pleasure in your relationship, understand gender identity and roles, explore alternative sexual practices, and in a sex positive way, discuss any sexual issues and questions you might have. I can provide a comprehensive sexual assessment at your request to accurately assess and treat sexual functioning, intimacy and enjoyment.

I am currently accepting couples and individuals at 51 Central Boulevard, Camp Hill, PA 17011.  (717) 585-0529.
